This is a port of version 2.15. It is in BETA. Bug reports etc. welcomed.
This error affects only version 2.10. Version 2.10 was a major rewrite and included an upgrade to the latest version of the Tcl/Tk software, 8.6. Unfortunately, 8.6 contained an unannounced change to the internet download functionality with the result that
